Its quite confusing to deal with people with belief in God and at the same time they display a nature of deceit. They pride themselves of moral high ground while in reality they are shallow.
Asking from such persons, responsibility of their mistakes is like banging yourself on a wall with nail "Pointing" at you. They will never accept their mistake, they will blame it on other factors with no qualm of any manner whatsoever. It seems as they never learn from their mistakes.
Above description is very typical or read a lot of times like,but some things never change, they just improve their mistakes.
How to deal with such people is a question I would like to pose?
( I am occupying the position of Manager at a firm)
